At Kalakaari, we understand how excited you are to receive your handmade decor items. That's why we strive to ship out your order as soon as possible. Our shipping methods are straightforward and we make sure to package your items with care. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

We take 4-6 business days for delivery within India.

International shipping may take longer depending on the destination. If you have any questions about shipping, please feel free to contact us.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Kalakaari, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your handmade decor item, you may return it for a full refund within 15 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you need to initiate a return or exchange, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.

  1. We do not offer returns or exchanges on products that are delivered in the right condition as per the order placed.
  2. However, if you receive a product that is wrongfully delivered (i.e., it does not match the item in the order confirmation) or if it has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, we are committed to resolving the issue to your satisfaction.
  3. In such cases, we offer the following options:
    • Full Refund: We will provide a full refund for the product.
    • Re-fulfilment: We will replace the product and ensure that the correct item is delivered to you.
    • Appropriate Resolution: If you prefer an alternative solution, we are open to discussing other suitable resolutions that meet your needs.

Return Conditions:

  1. To initiate a return or exchange, please ensure that the product meets the following conditions: a. The product should be returned in its original packaging, without any damage or tampering. b. The product should be well packed to avoid any damage during transit.
  2. We request you include all the original accessories, tags, labels, and any other items that came with the product.
  3. Please note that we may not be able to process returns or exchanges if the product is not returned in its original condition or if it is damaged due to inadequate packaging.
